Lodging and Meal Notes:
Breakfast are included every day and dinners either every evening or every second evening. Lunches are
out-of pocket and will consist of dining at local cabines and
restaurants and, occasionally, picnics with supplies
purchased from grocers. Our hotels and houses are hand picked for their cosiness & location.
Gratuities:
Included are tour and hiking guides each day, breakfasts and (some) dinners, all
ground transportation plus cable cars and airport transfers.
Not Included:
Any kind of insurance:
we highly recommend a travel and health insurance!
Drinks and lunches.
Airfare.
Payment policy and cancellation:
A booking is made with us when you pay us a deposit. You will be invoiced for the final balance about 90
days prior to departure.
Unless otherwise mentioned payments are refundable, if we are notified at least
90 days before departure. Cancellation fee for notice
less than 90 days before departure is $1,000; less
than 15 days before, all monies received.
You are strongly recommended to buy trip insurance.
